Moon brings 8 years of fashion design experience, from pattern making to tailoring. She is our mastermind behind our designs and custom gowns. On her free time, she loves making cloths for her family and nieces!

We met Sis Ansa 3 years ago and have since had the privilege of working with her incredible community. She is the heart of the operation, managing everything from sourcing and cutting to delegation and quality checks, while caring deeply for her community like a true mama.

Our refugee and underserved women tailors are at the heart of Selesa. For many of them, this work is more than sewing, it is a way to provide as breadwinners for their families, with stability and dignity. The centre they work from is not just a production space, but a community, a place of support, shared stories, and quiet resilience. Here, every stitch carries purpose, and every garment reflects not only craftsmanship, but the strength of the people behind it.
