At Selesa, we aim to be as inclusive as possible in out sizing. Each clothing piece has unique measurements tailored to its style and silhouette, so be sure to check the Size Guide on individual product pages for specific measurements before selecting your size. 

Here is the general guide for our sizing, as we pattern and curate each design based on these body measurements. Of course, if you think these are not fitting to yours, feel free to speak to us for recommendations.

Self-measure guides

If you have someone at home that could help you to measure your body measurements, you can watch the guides below to self measure. Submit your measurements by Whatsapp once you have fully measured. The measurement has to be done tight, which means there should be no space between tape and your body.

Bust with bra

When will I receive my products?

All Selesa pieces are made-to-order with love.

Depending on the season, production takes about 2–6 weeks before your item is ready to ship or pick up.

👗 Custom Design

Do you do custom orders? If yes, how do I order?

Yes, we do, but for special occasions only. Custom designs start from RM450 per piece.

For custom design, how can I get my measurements?

You can either:

1️⃣ Visit our studio for free body measurements, or
2️⃣ Measure at home using our video guide.

Can I measure at studio?

Yes, you can! Book your appointment at 📍 34, Jalan 21/29, Sea Park, Petaling Jaya.

Available on Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, and Sun.

Please wear a thin and fitted outfit (avoid jeans) for the most accurate measurements.

Can I measure at home?

Of course! You can measure at home using our video guide.

What is the custom cloth-making process?

We’re so excited to bring your vision to life! Custom designs start from RM450 per piece.

Kindly DM us on Instagram to discuss your ideas and get a quotation.

Here’s how the process goes:
1️⃣ Discuss your design ideas with our team
2️⃣ Book an appointment for body measurement + fabric selection
3️⃣ Finalise the design and quotation
4️⃣ Pay a 50% deposit to confirm your order
5️⃣ We’ll begin sourcing materials and production
6️⃣ Pay the remaining 50% before shipping
7️⃣ Receive your custom-made Selesa piece 💖

📏 Sizing and Alterations

What is your size guide?

Each product page also includes sizing details. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us via Instagram DM — we’ll help you find your best fit. 😉

Can I alter my order?

Yes, we can adjust your bust, waist, hip, or length with a small top-up fee.

Just share your preferred changes with us via Instagram DM (along with your order confirmation ID).

Please note:

  • It’s best to request any alterations before finalising your design and order.
  • If you’d like changes after production, you’ll need to send the item back with clear instructions on what to alter.

🔁 Returns and Exchanges

Can I exchange for other sizes?

Yes, with certain limitations.

As each piece is made-to-order, we’re unable to provide refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty. Please confirm your design and measurements before payment.

If you’d like to make any alterations, please request them before your design is finalised.

If alterations are needed after production, the item will need to be sent back with clear instructions on what to adjust.
